Gil Sudai, CEO

Gil has 25 years’ experience in marketing, finance and business development in both Israel and in the US. His main focus has been with early stage companies, taking start-up firms through the process of raising capital, building teams, and signing alliances and partnerships. Gil was a director at San Francisco-based Blumberg Capital, a founder and CEO of San Mateo-based doYOU2 (acquired by MatchNet Plc), and general manager at RevenueTraction Israel. Gil holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and a BA from Tel Aviv University.

Daniel Cohen, Director

Dan has 15 years’ experience in finance, investment banking, venture capital and private equity. Dan was the Israeli GM of China-based Fosun Pharma, and a principal at France-based Credit Agricole. Dan holds an MBA from ESSEC MBA, a BSc in Computer Sciences, a BA in Mathematics, and graduate studies in Biology.

David M. Leibowitz, Director

Executive with over 20 years of proven leadership in product, brand development, logistics, supply chain management, import/export, sales, marketing manufacturing and operations. Built three successful companies from inception to growth to profitability. Leverage knowledge of US and various Asian business cultures, and experience with the local governments and business communities, to optimize effective asset utilization, time to market, and manufacturing efficiencies in all business ventures. Proven ability to deliver bottom line results through sound strategic planning, strong tactical execution, innovation, and individual initiative.

Keiji Miyagawa, Director

Keiji has over 25 years’ experience in finance and management strategy in both Japan and the US. Keiji ran PacRim Access Group (PRAG) for over a decade, where he helped US ventures to forge an entry strategy into Japan. Before founding PRAG in Silicon Valley, he worked for Nikko Securities in Japan. He was in charge of underwriting IPOs for subsidiaries of US companies, and Japanese venture businesses. He graduated from Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley (MBA 1995) and holds a Bachelor of Commercial Science from Keio University.
